Time for another project update!
We started this one at the tail-end of the basement project and are finally nearing the end of it. As you can see from the pictures, we had 4 trees removed followed by 6 cubic yards of new top soil. I ended up completely re-seeding the front yard (for the third time)! We also ripped out and replaced the old mailbox, edged and reorganized the landscaping and put in some mulch. We still have a few clean up items to do, but it is coming along nicely!
Wow! …a complete metamorphosis. Looks great! Since it’s sandy and added top soil, I will suggest lower nitrogen fertilizer with added iron for greener ‘than the neighbors’ type of lawn.
