My first Father’s Day has come and gone. And I awoke this morning feeling a bit sluggish – Jess said maybe I had a “Father’s Day Hangover” – it’s pretty potent stuff, you know…

The three of us had a wonderful day together… we read some new Dr. Seuss books that I got, did some shopping, and had dinner at Jess’ parents. It was a great day and I was sad to see it go. But there will be many, many more! woo hoo!

I have posted a ton of pictures ranging from Will’s new preferred sleeping position (sort of twisted around on his side), his new preferred sleeping method (with his blankie over his head – scared the bejesus out of me the first few times tho), his new gator pjs, his crazy-too-much-going-on (my opinion, not his) play thingy, and us just hanging out. And here are a few brief Will updates:

- now weighs in at 16 pounds 4 ounces
- is 25.5 inches long
- is completely rolling over from his back to his tummy (with a little “body builder yell” thrown in at the end)
- beat me in arm wrestling last night
- just learned to really splash around in the bathtub

I’m hot, I’m tired, and it’s a Sunday night. It took me nearly 5 hours today to complete a ceiling fan project that should have taken about 30 minutes. Our boat is sitting in the driveway waiting to be de-winterized. NBC’s American Dreams was cancelled. The garage needs cleaned. I have only been fly fishing once (though I did catch 2 brook trout). I still have to iron a shirt before I go to bed. And no more Desperate Housewives until the Fall??! Happy Summer!

On the up-side of things, Will turned 4 months old yesterday and is growing ever more adorable (in addition to just plain growing ever more) AND… … Will is more or less sleeping through the night! Woo hoo! Yippee! Hurray!!
